All documentation under Chapter 13 that is required to be directed to or received by the Appeals Division should be submitted to the Appeals Division for proper distribution.

Legal Help
The Appeals Division is unable to provide legal assistance or representation to appellants. You may represent yourself or hire an attorney to represent you. State Civil Service staff cannot represent you.
If you choose to hire an attorney, you are responsible for paying the attorney’s fees. However, if you are successful in your appeal, you may be awarded up to $5,000 in attorney’s fees.
