This division is responsible for acting as a resource to state agencies as it relates to recruiting and sourcing talent through job posting branding, talent assessments and efficient use of the current applicant tracking system. The following is handled by this division:
- Competency-Based Assessment Tools
- Hiring Fairs in conjunction with the Recruiting and Outreach Center
- Job Announcements
- Minimum Qualification Development/Changes
- NEOGOV Training
- Processing of Applications
- SCS Hiring Framework
