This division will be responsible for acting as a resource to state agencies as it relates to recruiting and sourcing talent through job posting branding, talent assessments and efficient use of the current applicant tracking system. The following will be handled by this division:

  • Competency-Based Assessment Tools
  • Hiring Fairs in conjunction with the Testing and Recruiting Center
  • Job Announcements
  • Minimum Qualification Development/Changes
  • NEOGOV Training
  • Processing of Applications

Agency requests should be routed to the assigned SCS HR Consultant per the agency assignments spreadsheet.
