Tara Gallope joined State Civil Service’s Talent Development Team in 2020 and served as an Instructor-led Training Facilitator and Instructional Designer for over four years before transitioning to the ILT team supervisor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master's degree from Louisiana State University in Leadership and Human Resource Development. She brings years of experience with leadership, facilitation, instructional design, and program management. Tara’s passion for learning, performance, and culture guides her dedication to her role, and she strives to help others grow both personally and professionally through encouraging environments.
Christee Atwood

Christee Gabour Atwood joined the CPTP Training Team in 2015. With her mission of “Linking Laughter & Learning”, she’s been creating learning and development initiatives since 1986. Christee is the author of 15 books, with seven of those published by the Association for Talent Development. Her books have been translated into Chinese and Japanese and are used in universities worldwide. Her background also includes work in radio, television, newspaper and magazines, as well as association management and independent consulting. In her role with CPTP, Christee develops and facilitates classroom and virtual workshops to help State employees take their professional skills to the next level.
Kymberlie Broussard

Kymberlie Broussard is a Training Specialist with extensive experience in creating, promoting and delivering training solutions to all organizational departments. After receiving her MBA from the University of Phoenix, Kymberlie served several departments in designing and delivering successful training programs in management development, team building, customer service, sales, and performance management for financial institutions. Kymberlie is very passionate about fostering a supportive and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.

Sydney Handy is a Training Consultant with a background in early childhood education and a MBA in Human Resources Management, who brings a unique perspective to HR consulting and training facilitation. After three years as an elementary educator, she transitioned to HR to combine her passion for learning and development with strategic business practices. She specializes in creating engaging, results-driven training experiences that support employee growth and organizational success.
