If I register, am I enrolled in only one webinar?

No. Once you complete your registration, you are enrolled for the entire season! You will receive reminders each month, the day before, and one hour before the webinar.

How do I join a webinar on the day it goes live?

You will receive a reminder email one hour before and the day of the webinar. The emails will include the link to connect and other technical specifications to help you get the most from the program.

What can I expect from the webinar?

The webinar will be hosted by members of the Talent Development Team. Different subject matter experts will join them and share tips pertaining to a specific topic. During the webinar, our hosts will ask you to submit comments and/or questions and answer our polls.

I am interested in a topic not listed on the schedule. What should I do?

Contact our office at (225) 342-8539 or _SCS-cptp@la.gov to submit your ideas, questions, or concerns. After each webinar, you will receive a survey to tell us your thoughts on what you would like in future webinars. We are interested in your input to keep making a tool that works for you. After all, the Success Series is your State Civil Service program!
