CPTP provides online training to state employees through LaGov Learn My Training.
CPTP provides training on the new Performance Evaluation System (PES) process. All
PES courses are available online. The online PES courses are:
- SCS CPTP PES Basics
- SCS CPTP PES Planning Process
- SCS CPTP PES Evaluation Process
The three courses, PES Basics, Planning, and Evaluation, are required for any classified employee who conducts the planning and evaluation (PES) for classified state employees.
The courses must be completed within 90 days of hire or promotion/appointment to the supervisory role.
CPTP also provides the optional CPTP PES Forms course to help support supervisors
while they complete the PES form.
For questions about the PES process, please review the
Performance Evaluation System
