State Personnel Manual Transmittal Sheets

Transmittals were used to communicate changes to the Pay Plan, and the adoption of amended or new State Civil Service Rules. The use of Transmittals was discontinued in late 2010. Currently, General Circulars are used to communicate pay plan and rule changes.
